i have a 2000 jeep grand cherokee, trans fluid is coming out the top of the dipstick tube, why?
Either your tranny is overfilled or there is a blockage in the valve body. Either way it won't shift properly (if at all). A blockage is a much more serious problem because it will cause a back-up in one part of the trans and oil starvation in another which will lead to your transmission and/or tourque converter burning up. You need to have this problem checked immediately.
