Surround sound speakers made into an extension cabinet for Laney HCM 160?
I have a Laney Hardcore Max 160 watt bass amp and i was wondering if i could use a series/parallel circuit to make my surround sound speakers into an extention cabinet?
I have tested the Resistance of the circuit between the speakers and they have come to 8.17ohms+-.2. The Laney's min Resistance is 8ohms.
Plus would this be okay to use as a form of pa system for my ipod. I have used the laney by itself before, and it worked fine. But with the additional speakers will it cause problems? Also do i have to consider anything else ?
